Sharing of Revenues Law - or who gets what

Dr Faleh Al-Khayat, a private energy consultant in Jordan, made a study of a revenue sharing law (particularly the revenues of oil and gas) which the KRG published on it’s website on June 21. He concludes:

Baghdad’s share of revenues for it’s own development is 2.0 billion dollars less than for the three Kurdish governorates. Also that means that Baghdad total share will be 22% less than the total monetary allocations for the three Kurdish govrnorates and yet , Baghdad , apart from being the capital and was completely destroyed by the occupation , has 37% more iraqis living in it .

As for the other smaller governorates the situation will be even worse . And after all that , there are some people who are calling this law “ balanced and fair “
